As a professional cricket player I trained harder than ever and saw zero gains. Years of wasted time in the gym with nothing to show for it- just because I had the wrong approach.

I’ve seen firsthand how much life changes when you start looking after your body. It’s not just about abs or macros — it’s energy, confidence, mood, sleep, mental clarity… everything improves. Being active is an excellent pillar to structure your life around, it is the first domino that gets everything else in order.
